JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an AI Solution Engineer to drive customer success and foster long-lasting relationships by delivering impactful AI solutions. Your role centers on guiding customers through their AI journey, ensuring Company's Product offerings align with their needs and goals. You'll balance innovation with practical impact on design, implementation, and deployment to maximize business value. With a focus on customer satisfaction, strategic project management, and a deep understanding of AI, you'll play a key role in our growth. About the Role:
Drive customer success by strategically managing relationships, serving as a key advocate, and aligning Company Product capabilities with their goals while proactively mitigating project risks.
Stay at the forefront of AI innovation by engaging in the design of AI systems for industrial applications, and keeping abreast of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Facilitate customer collaboration to clearly define problem statements, architect impactful solutions, translate needs into actionable tasks, and oversee project lifecycles, including roadmap planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Lead and work in tandem with cross-functional technical teams to develop and deliver solutions efficiently within set deadlines.
Equip customers with tailored technical solutions and training, enhancing the impact and value of the solutions provided.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-Have:
Demonstrated experience in customer success or account management within a tech setting, ideally in AI or machine learning contexts.
Outstanding skill in cultivating and sustaining customer relationships.
Proficient in project management and effective communication.
Capable of comprehending complex customer requirements and converting them into detailed, technical strategies.
Comfortable with data analysis, using insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Deep knowledge of AI technologies, with experience in AI system development, machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and deployment of AI solutions.
Great-to-Have:
Background in start-ups or dynamic tech environments.
Skilled in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud services.
Proven track record in enhancing customer success and relationship expansion.
Knowledge of industrial AI applications and their specific challenges.
Education:
A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another related discipline is preferred, with a specialization in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science highly valued. Therefore, candidates with a Bachelor's degree coupled with significant, relevant experience in AI, machine learning environments, or equivalent professional achievements are also strongly encouraged to apply. Drive infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity planning as the platform scales.
