JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in search of an experienced Android Developer (Kotlin) to join our dynamic development team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. Successful candidates will work alongside cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions that meet clients' needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, a creative mindset, and a passion for mobile application development.
 
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and develop innovative mobile applications for the Android platform.
Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and libraries to enhance the development process and improve application performance.
Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile application development.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.
Document the development process, technical specifications, and troubleshooting steps.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical Requirements:
A degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong portfolio as an Android Developer with at least 7 years of experience
Proficient in Kotlin programming languages
Experience in mobile application architecture (MVVM preferred)
Proficiency in Unit Test
Knowledge of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools
Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration
Understanding of the mobile development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
Soft skills:
Proficient in English communication
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Self-motivated and passionate about learning new technologies and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for mobile application design
Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques
Open-source contributions or personal projects related to mobile application development
Banking domain experience is preferred

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
