Create an Android App for a range of services

JOB REQUIREMENT

7+ years of experience in Android development
Background in computer science or engineering
Understanding of Android Frameworks
Proficient in using version control tools like Git
Expertise in Kotlin programming language
Advanced experience with Gradle build environment
Strong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines
Capable of using Jetpack Compose
Skilled in writing test code
Familiarity with open-source libraries and frameworks
Experience in code review and technical documentation
Knowledge of Object-Oriented and functional programming, Design Patterns
Understanding of Data Structure, Algorithm, and Distributed System
Emphasis on writing high maintainable and clean code
Open-minded, highly motivated, and a team player
Strong communication skills, particularly in English
Willingness to travel for business trips
Advanced experience in Kotlin Multi-Platform
Experience with modularization architecture design

Lead the Commercial Expedition: Own the relationship with prospective clients from the first sales-led call to the final contract negotiation, establishing trust and demonstrating value at every step. Collaborate seamlessly with Our Client's technical leads and Sales Engineers to architect tailored solutions, whether they involve custom software development, dedicated engineering teams, or advanced AI implementations. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations that articulate a clear value proposition and ROI for the client.#3. Pipeline Management & Forecasting Discipline Operate with a high degree of autonomy, meticulously managing your pipeline of opportunities within the CRM. Provide accurate, reliable weekly and monthly sales forecasts to leadership, adhering strictly to our established RevOps framework. Ensure all client interactions, deal stages, and next steps are logged with precision, creating a transparent and predictable sales motion.#4. Strategic Internal Collaboration Work in a tight-knit feedback loop with the SDR team to refine lead quality and optimize outbound targeting. Act as the "voice of the climber" (customer) to the marketing and delivery teams, providing field insights that help shape service offerings and go-to-market messaging. Serve as the primary bioinformatics subject matter expert for engineering teams developing cloud-native bioinformatics software. Collaborate with software architects to translate scientific workflows into scalable distributed computing architectures. Validate that modernized applications preserve scientific correctness and produce reproducible results.
