JOB DESCRIPTION

Prioritize shift-left testing and automation to enable early and consistent testing.
Write automated tests during build and regression test phases and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Help define user story acceptance criteria and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Perform and code automated tests for Feature, System, and Integrated Systems Testing Phases.
Monitor the progress of allocated test designs and cases to ensure testing deadlines are achieved.
Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) is essential.
Flexibility in balancing manual and automated testing work.
Strong English communication skills are required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in automation for Web and API testing.
Proficiency in creating automation frameworks for web and API from scratch and providing them as a service.
Hands-on experience in implementing test tooling and maintaining automation frameworks for various application architectures such as Web, Desktop, Microservices/API, etc.
Experience in SIT testing involving complex integration systems and Defect Management.
Experience in API/Microservices testing, including both Restful and MQ.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
Demonstrated experience in using various automation tools and libraries like Java, Selenium, API testing frameworks, etc.
Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins/Harness) or Docker is beneficial.
Ability to lead the strategy, implementation, and execution of test automation solutions.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to peers and stakeholders at all levels of management.
Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in Financial Crime or Fraud domain, working experience in the Banking/finance industry is advantageous.
