Backend Developer (Python)

The position involves playing a pivotal role in driving a substantial Digital Transformation initiative for a leading organization overseeing significant projects.

The main office is located in HCM city, but we are open to considering a hybrid working arrangement.

The focus will be on creating intricate enterprise applications to address complex issues in project management, engineering processes, and human resource management. This role is ideal for those who enjoy translating intricate business processes into streamlined code.

Additionally, the role offers exposure to engineering simulations, digital twin technology, 3D, and various data science concepts, including artificial intelligence, data engineering, and data analytics – providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Collaborate with diverse teams (Product, UI/UX, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.) to comprehend product requirements and convert them into technical requirements.

Craft clean, high-quality, and sustainable code using the best development practices.

Engage in development tasks such as design and code review, software testing, and debugging.

Participate in troubleshooting and rectifying issues that arise from applications in production.

Identify dependencies or risks related to requirements and propose solutions to the team.

Experience in professional backend software development for 1-3 years

Additional experience in frontend, such as React.js, is highly appreciated

Familiar with working in an agile environment

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Proficient in written and oral communication in English

Ability to think innovatively and keen to explore new solutions, willing to question the existing methods

Background in developing complex enterprise software applications across multiple organizations and business units

Proficiency in Python/Django, MySQL/Postgres

Work with a team of talented professionals in various roles such as Software Engineers, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
