(Senior) Software Engineer 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Engineering, Solutions - Server 
Develop and launch feature of cloud products and extend platform functionality
Join with team to design and work out effective system architecture of products
Join with team to investigate and work out solution for issues, troubleshootings
Work collaboratively with product management, UX designer, governance and your scrum team to design and deliver new and innovative customer solutions.
Bring to bear your experience leveraging best in class tools and technologies (CI/CD, cloud computing, web service development) to refine and improve software development practices for your team.
Engage in innovative problem-solving activities, requiring conceptual thinking creating 'out of the box' solutions with prototypes and pilots.
Utilize Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure delivery of high-quality code with low rates of production defects.
Instrument services and solutions to ensure deployed software is scalable and reliable.
 
Team Engineering
As a software developer, your main responsibilities would be to develop cutting-edge newer features/product line for our Client's product
You would be expected to write high-quality code in terms of functionality, modularity, security, and compatibility
Write tested and documented JavaScript, APIs, and Spring Batches using MongoDB; integrate with external web services
Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
Close coordination with Product Owners on timelines and expected delivery milestones of the user stories/features
Work with cross-functional team members to recommend technical solutions to business issues and/or system issues or Integrations team in developing REST services 
Assist the scrum master to finalise the scope of sprint and story estimation
Work with customers to implement and customize our company solutions 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Team Engineering, Solutions - Server 
From 3+ years experience building software by JAVA technologies 
Experience in building software with Microservice architecture using Java Spring Boot framework.  
Experience with rational Database such as MySQL/PostgreSQL 
Experience building localized, multi-tenant and containerised solutions  
Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues under time pressure 
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions 
Demonstrated skill and passion for operational excellence 
Good to have experience with cloud platform, cyber security domain. 
Soft skills
Communication skill: good in communication and team work sprit 
Planning and manage personal tasks effectively 
English communication (Intermediate level) 
 
Team Engineering
Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
2 - 5 years of experience as a Java Developer/Software Engineer
Experience in Java Application Stack - Core Java/J2EE/EJB/RESTful Web Services/CSS/HTML, develop and implement RESTful APIs 
Experience with RDBMS databases such as MySQL, MS SQL, MariaDB, Oracle 
Experience in multiple application frameworks and tools such as Hibernate/UML/Struts
Experience on various popular application servers like JBOSS, Weblogic, Tomcat (at least one of them)
Experience with Spring boot, Spring Cloud Microservices, Spring MVC architecture would be a Big Plus
Familiarization with CI/CD systems such as Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory is a plus
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Services is a plus 
Cyber Security knowledge would be a huge plus 
Soft skills
A strong self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Work at detailed level while maintaining project perspective
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and growing environment
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills in English
