JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Backend Developer to join our expanding team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mission-critical microservices for a complex, high-throughput system that requires exceptional security and scalability. The role necessitates deep understanding of backend development principles, dedication to building resilient and secure systems, and a collaborative problem-solving approach within an agile environment.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure smooth system integration as part of the platform team
Develop and implement robust and scalable backend systems
Assess and enhance existing modules written in languages such as Go, .Net, Java, or Scala
Contribute to architectural discussions and promote best practices and automation
Engage in code reviews and provide feedback to fellow team members

JOB REQUIREMENT

5+ years of experience in using Java, Scala, Go, C#, Scala, with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, data-intensive applications
Proven ability to architect and implement microservices, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with familiarity in tools like Helm and Terraform
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience in conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback
