JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to developing advanced backend systems for a fully on-chain exchange.
Index chain data and construct transactions for use in APIs.
Manage background services related to liquidation and conditional orders.
Provide API support for frontend features and trading bots.
Prioritize optimization for real-time processing.
Develop high-quality Rust code with an emphasis on safety and performance.
Work with various teams to address complex technical issues.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience in Backend Development for at least 3 years.
Proficient in Rust, Blockchain, and performance-driven development.
Knowledge of backend architecture for Exchanges, particularly for crypto and perpetuals.
Strong English communication skills for both reading and writing in async and document-heavy environments.
Motivated to achieve high goals, work diligently, and make a significant contribution from the start.
