JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will not only transform complex data into meaningful and actionable insights but also influence strategic decisions and mentor junior analysts. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our product and business teams, providing the necessary data-driven insights to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Key Activities:
BI Dashboard Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive BI dashboards from the ground up, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Analytical Leadership:
Perform ad-hoc analytical tasks to address immediate business needs and queries.
Conduct routine analytics to provide continuous insights into business performance.
Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Analytics and Modeling Pipeline: Manage and run the existing analytics and modeling pipeline, generate results, and perform rigorous validation to ensure high-quality outputs.
Strategic Influence: Work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis, contributing to the company's overall business strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a BI or Growth Analyst, preferably in early-stage high-growth environments.
Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence, including:
Collaborating effectively with Product Managers (PMs) and Business Development (Biz Dev) teams.
Converting raw data into actionable insights.
Defining and implementing metrics from inception to execution.
Building and optimizing BI data models.
Expertise in Statistical and Quantitative Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Data Visualization techniques and tools.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing junior analysts.
Nice to have:
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) is a plus.

Risk Management: Provide honest reporting to management. Do not hide risks; instead, communicate them early with mitigation plans. Operational Excellence: Maintain system stability and reliability in production. Leadership & Mentorship Team Building: Build a strong engineering culture and standardize coding practices. protect the team from distractions while ensuring members trust and follow your technical direction. Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to mentor the team on mindset and standards (SOLID, DRY). Delegate tasks effectively-assigning the right people to the right jobs. Communication: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Explain technical decisions to the CEO and Product teams using business language (Cost, Risk, Impact). Align expectations on scope and delivery explicitly from the start.
