Senior Bridge Software Engineer (Japanese N2)

Our client is a leading technology company that specializes in creating innovative products for the mobile industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Management & Client Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between Japanese clients and our Vietnam development teams, conducting detailed briefings with the Japan team, managing client relationships and expectations, and overseeing project performance.
Development Team Support: Leading the definition of project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, delegating project tasks to team members, managing project risks, and documenting project details.
Development Environment: Involvement in backend, frontend, and mobile app technologies, CI/CD & DevOps, and monitoring & tools.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) for effective client communication.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Over 3 years of software development experience using Java, PHP, Python, or .NET.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
Familiarity with Git and common development environments.
Expertise in managing project progress and schedules.
Skilled in coordinating between clients and development teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, Go, Vue.js, ReactJS, Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter.
Quality assurance (QA) experience for web and mobile applications.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
