JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with developers in an Agile team.
Gather high-level functional requirements from Product Managers or customers.
Work on technical/functional design and estimate solutions.
Produce detailed specifications including mockups, workflows, and user story rules.
Communicate business requirements and specifications to the development and quality teams.
Conduct user acceptance testing and verify user stories.
Verify that the engineering team's delivered features align with the end customers' business values.

JOB REQUIREMENT

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
They should possess strong logical and critical thinking abilities with a keen attention to details.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and collaborate with them to identify optimal solutions.
Strong documentation and presentation skills are essential.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling is preferred.
Fluency in English is a must.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is desirable.
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools is a plus.
Proficiency in German is beneficial.
