JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with teams across Business, Product, Design, and Data to understand customer needs and establish functional requirements for global banking products
Utilize financial services and technology expertise to facilitate the solutioning process with Product Engineering teams
Emphasize defining solutions that address long-term success and balancing technical challenges with business needs
Contribute to executing a 'multi-X' strategy by defining solutions for replication strategies across multiple countries, distinguishing a TymeX career from others

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst
Practical experience in developing products, features, and services in the banking and financial services industry
Strong Business Analyst skills including logical, critical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Inquisitive mindset, seeking individuals who challenge the status quo and embrace exponential change
Previous experience collaborating with Product, Technology, and Development teams in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
Fluent in English, proficient in writing, reading, speaking, and listening
