Senior Business Analyst (Agile, Product Owner)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
Analyze and document business processes and workflows
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the testing phase
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong Presentation capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with business analysis tools and software
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure Devops or Trello

WHAT'S ON OFFER
