JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with various teams and business units, such as security and architecture; coordinate with the data team to develop dashboards.
Provide reports to executive leadership.
Lead business improvement and transformation projects.
Gather requirements to adapt to business changes, ensuring processes are standardized.
Possess skills in data analysis and reporting (advanced expertise is not necessary, as there is support for data reporting).
Understand business objectives to identify gaps and communicate them to appropriate teams.
Create relevant documentation and keep it updated for transparency within the team.
Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to different stakeholders and executives.
Utilize strong business analysis skills and methodologies to ensure alignment and maximize value for customers.
Engage with clients regarding project status and ensure team understanding of client requirements.
Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for redesign or enhancement to improve productivity or efficiency.
Support and review testing scenarios, test data, and defect verification throughout the delivery process.
Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, showcases, and other meetings, ensuring any decisions made are communicated back to the engineering team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner, with strong Technical Analysis skills (open to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in BA/PO roles).
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation capabilities.
Good project management and transformation skills.
Strong critical thinking abilities, willing to voice opinions, and capable of providing consulting to the business.
Advanced proficiency in using tools for business modeling, creating business and technical flow diagrams, and developing mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes.
Proficient in elicitation, requirement analysis, and documentation with a keen eye for detail.
Hands-on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Product Owners, Solution Designers, and Architects.
Familiarity with technical concepts (e.g., user interfaces, API, database system integration) and communication with technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Experience with Agile methodology, particularly in the Scrum framework.
Background or understanding of UI/UX principles and a user-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies is advantageous.
Experience or knowledge of BABOK® Knowledge Areas is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT/Engineering, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred.
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is desirable.
Additional certifications or training in BA, PO, UX, or related fields are beneficial.
