Product Owner
Agile - Scrum
Product Development:
Serving as liaison between stakeholders and users to gather, analyze and validate business requirements.
Document requirements (into epics and user stories) using the scrum methodology from product backlog items to sprints.
Facilitate discussions to identify, clarify and document requirements.
Work with the Development, QA teams and client to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Requests for Proposals (Senior level)
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Work with other teams to develop solutions to clients' business initiatives.
Mentor and supervise less experienced team members. (Senior level)
Travel or work onsite as required.
Learn and grow through challenging assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following:
Fluent in English - Writing and speaking
At least 5 years for Senior level and 3 years for Mid level of BA experience in software development, especially with Agile - Scrum (prefer Agile - Scrum qualification).
Experience in the Insurance domain.
Proven ability in typical BA skill set - requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business
process analysis, modelling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in working with offshore clients.
Experience in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals. (Senior level)
Experience in leading team and being able to monitor project performance. (Senior level)
Experience in cross-domain and big projects. (Senior level)
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Work independently effectively.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Nice to have:
BA/PO/PM qualification.
Knowledge of project management.
A flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes.
Multi-tasking ability.
Desirable Skills
Working experience in cross-domain projects.
Awareness of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, DSDM and Kanban. Agile BA certified and writing user stories.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Knowledge of SQL/ Oracle; Jira (or an equivalent ticket/call logging system).
Basic knowledge of project management.
A flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes.
