Senior Business Analyst Lead

Agile Delivery Excellence: Promote Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development, rapid value delivery, and continuous improvement.

Change Enablement: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and lasting impact.

Over 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, particularly in IT solutions and migration projects (experience with business workflow product is preferred).

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Exceptional skills in customer relationships and negotiation.

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, and Agile are desirable.

Ability to collaborate globally with cross-cultural sensitivity.
