JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work in a Customer Solution Team and be responsible for Business Development (Sales), including: converting, expanding, and retaining Clients. You will be selling Recruiting services from Pegasi's portfolio products.
 
Responsibilities include:
Promote & build awareness of Pegasi's capabilities to existing Clients and new Clients.
Develop sales based on the potential client files provided by the Company and create yourself.
Design and implement a high-impact sales strategy to surpass revenue goals across key enterprise accounts.
Cultivate influential relationships with decision-makers, advocates, and internal stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate growth.
Work with Clients to ensure satisfaction and expectations are being met.
Work with the Recruitment Consulting team to ensure satisfaction and expectations are being met by Client.
Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams to elevate customer experience.
Complete the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue, KPIs.
Coordinate with the team to complete common plans and targets.
And do other tasks are assigned by the line manager and the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in Sales.
Preferably experienced with Business-to-Business sales.
Preferably experienced in selling Professional Services.
Proven track record in sales and relationship building.
Bachelor's Degree from the University.
Knowledge and Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills - Vietnamese.
Conversational English.
Proficiency in MS Office (or similar).
Extroverted and confident to deal with clients.
Personalities
Passion for Recruiting/Headhunting.
Result-oriented and money-oriented.
Hard-working and willing to learn.
Integrity and Straight-talk.
