JOB DESCRIPTION

Contributing to platform development and enhancement to meet high-performance and scalability requirements
Participating in a multi-year initiative to upgrade and expand the platform's capabilities for future growth
Assisting users in resolving technical challenges encountered while using the backtesting/simulation software
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to platform performance and throughput
Providing technical support and guidance for optimal use of the platform by users
Effectively communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions
Documenting and sharing knowledge on best practices and solutions for common technical issues
Collaborating with quantitative researchers and other technical teams for seamless integration and operation of the platform
Continuously monitoring and analyzing platform performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of C++ development experience on Linux
Strong understanding of Linux system programming, memory management, and multithreading
Proficient in data structures, algorithms, high-performance application design, and concurrency patterns
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficient in English for technical communication and documentation
Familiarity with Python for scripting, prototyping, or tool support
Knowledge of distributed systems or large-scale system architecture
Experience with graph data processing or streaming/dataflow systems
Exposure to quantitative finance platforms, back-testing, or simulation frameworks
