(Senior) Cloud Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified, creative, energetic and self-starting Server Engineer with wide experience in developing and optimizing web application.
Responsibilities
In order to seamlessly connect our applications and the infrastructure that runs them, we are responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning and operation using software techniques and approaches.
Service design and application development for integrating the AI system that supports our services with our private cloud.
Refactoring existing applications to continuously improve security and ease of use.
These are just some of our past achievements and current initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and operating the private cloud services that our engineers need. For that reason, we are seeking an engineer who is not limited to working in a specific field of work or technology.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must:
Ability to develop Web services using Python or Golang
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience designing or developing Web services using the REST architecture
Experience designing or developing Web services using a microservice architecture
Understanding of container and virtualization technology, e.g: docker, kubernetes, rancher, …
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code
Basic English communication skills for chats and email
Prefer:
Experience designing or developing private or public cloud services
Deep understanding of network and server infrastructure
Deep understanding of OpenStack
Deep understanding of container and virtualization technology
Experience designing or developing Web services with architecture that is based on a cloud-native mindset
Ability to analyze situations and debug technology based on application metrics

Staff Engineer, Firmware

Create the firmware stack for a new project from the ground up, including selecting the operating system, setting up the toolchain, and developing the board support package. Develop firmware for real-time processing units across the project's hardware platform. Establish and maintain embedded Linux environments for onboard computing, including BSP setup, device tree configuration, kernel driver development, and userspace/kernel interfaces. Create and maintain low-level drivers for various components such as actuators, sensors, IMUs, and communication buses (CAN, EtherCAT, SPI, I2C, UART). Design real-time control loops with specific latency and determinism requirements. Work closely with different engineering teams to co-design hardware and firmware interfaces. Develop tooling for firmware flashing, diagnostics, and in-field debugging. Set and uphold firmware architecture standards, code quality practices, and review processes within the team. Contribute to the hardware setup for new releases of the project, starting from schematic review through validation.
