JOB DESCRIPTION

Refine a wide array of structured and unstructured data to produce high-quality datasets for quantitative analysis and financial engineering.
Improve data integrity and quality by creating validation tools and frameworks to assess the effectiveness of data enrichment pipelines.
Gain expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and emerging AI/LLM applications, and analyze the underlying dynamics and behaviors in the data.
Derive insights from large-scale datasets and collaborate with research teams to pinpoint opportunities for tradable signals.
Create utility tools to automate software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
Offer technical support to global researchers, including diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting Python and C++ code, and suggesting scalable fixes and improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in C++ applications and data pipelines with a strong focus on performance, stability, correctness, and maintainability.
Investigate and implement AI/LLM-based solutions to enhance data processing, workflow efficiency, troubleshooting, documentation, and research support processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, AI, or related technical fields.
Proficient in implementing data science pipelines and real-time applications using Python and C++.
Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing C++ code, including performance analysis and code maintainability.
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applications, including the utilization of large language models for various purposes.
Proficiency in Python-based tools such as Jupyter Notebook and adherence to coding standards such as PEP 8.
Proficiency in C++ tools and concepts such as STL, object-oriented programming, and debugging best practices.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong software development skills and the ability to translate broad use cases into working solutions.
Motivated by continuous learning and solving complex technical problems.
Experience as a data scientist or data engineer in finance or investment-related environments.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix shell, Git, and software debugging tools.
Practical experience with time-series forecasting and analysis methods.
Experience applying AI/LLM technologies in various use cases.
Experience optimizing or troubleshooting C++-based systems in production or research environments.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting Discipline Operate with a high degree of autonomy, meticulously managing your pipeline of opportunities within the CRM. Provide accurate, reliable weekly and monthly sales forecasts to leadership, adhering strictly to our established RevOps framework. Ensure all client interactions, deal stages, and next steps are logged with precision, creating a transparent and predictable sales motion.#4. Strategic Internal Collaboration Work in a tight-knit feedback loop with the SDR team to refine lead quality and optimize outbound targeting.
