Senior Data Science Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose:
Support the data science manager in implementing ML/AI solutions that are not yet available
Technical support, resolving partner service issues or questions
Understand business operations to identify opportunities to apply ML/AI
Role:
Identify data to collect for ML/AI projects and propose data collection solutions if data is not available
Analyze data to find valuable information and identify problems that can be solved with ML/AI
Build ML/AI models to serve the company's development purposes
Building optimal solutions for production and business activities
Play a key role in performing the following tasks:
Work with partners to identify needs for building and implementing ML/AI models to serve business operations
Work with suppliers to collect data to serve the design and development of ML/AI models
Perform data analysis to find outstanding features to use in ML/AI models
Perform training of ML/AI models and fine-tune parameters for models
Play a key role in providing technical direction for a number of tasks related to ML/AI model design
Assist the head of data science in developing standards for ML/AI model building
Assist the head of data science in researching new technologies to guide the team

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from university majoring in information technology or information systems
Have good knowledge of ML/AI
Have knowledge and experience in finding outstanding features for ML/AI models
Have the ability to detect and optimize ML/AI models
Have the ability to self-study new technologies
Have broad knowledge of data processing and analysis (DE and DA)
Have at least 5 years of experience doing ML/AI related work
Have the ability to lead a team

Collaborate with the project team to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, and troubleshoot issues. Maintain and fix automation test scripts, and report issues in the defect management system. Report defects/bugs in the defect tracking management tool. Coordinate with the Agile team to provide testing results for User Stories and approve them for the next environment.
