JOB DESCRIPTION

Analysis Focused on Humans: Analyze human behavior, sentiment, and language data to reveal hidden patterns and support data-guided decision-making.
AI/ML Model Development: Develop prompts to interact with AI models, optimize output quality and relevance, conduct fine-tuning, data feeding, validation, and engineering for continuous improvement.
Pragmatic Solutions Delivery: Consistently make practical technical decisions that prioritize business value and speed of delivery, aligning with our early-stage startup environment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other product and engineering teams to understand data needs and ensure smooth data solution delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Over 6 years of relevant experience in data science, with a focus on consumer-facing platforms, human-generated data, or similar domains.
More than 4 years of experience applying advanced statistical methods and data mining techniques to find new business opportunities and address existing challenges, including developing data products from concept to production.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI/Machine Learning (ML), including LLMs and modern ML models, encompassing prompt engineering, fine-tuning, pipeline setup, validation, and Quality Assurance (QA) for targeted applications.
Proficiency in SQL, one or more programming languages (Python, R, C++, Java), and familiarity with data science libraries and toolkits.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Knowledge of Data Engineering, DevOps practices for AI model deployment, and MLOps principles.
AWS Experience: Familiarity with core AWS services used in a data context.
Experience in a Startup Environment: Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced setting.
