JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful solutions across a variety of industries. In this role, your responsibilities will cover the end-to-end process, from understanding business needs to developing and deploying models in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
 
Your key responsibilities will include designing and architecting data science solutions, providing technical leadership on projects, and overseeing the work of junior and mid-level data scientists. You will also take ownership of projects, communicate findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science efforts with business objectives.
 
In addition, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and contribute to the mentorship and coaching of other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is necessary. A Master's degree in any of these fields is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in areas like machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), optimization, or statistics is required.
 
Key Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities to convert business problems into technical requirements.
Experience leading data science projects and mentoring junior data scientists.
Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with non-technical business stakeholders.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) for writing production-ready code.
Advanced skills in version control, data visualization, and MLOps tools and practices.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to translate research papers into functional code and strong proactive mindset for project responsibility.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile delivery practices is considered a plus.

Senior QA Manager
