Senior Deep Learning Engineer - AI for Wireless Systems

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a leading technology company specializing in graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and test deep learning models for various wireless signal processing tasks including channel estimation, beam alignment, link adaptation, and scheduling.
Utilize simulation tools and real-world datasets to create models that can be applied across different wireless scenarios.
Build, train, and assess neural networks (e.g., CNNs, Transformers, GNNs) with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Engage in teamwork with researchers and system engineers to incorporate models into complete RAN systems.
Enhance model efficiency for real-time processing and hardware acceleration.
Participate in model assessment, performance comparison, and deployment preparation on GPU platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Extensive experience in wireless communications, signal processing, or AI/ML.
In-depth knowledge of communication systems such as MIMO, OFDM, and fading channels, as well as DSP fundamentals.
Proven experience in developing and implementing deep learning models for time-series or signal-based tasks.
Proficiency in Python and expertise with DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, GNU Radio, or Sionna for wireless simulation.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience in AI for 5G/6G systems, AI-for-RAN architecture, or telecom-grade deployments.
Knowledge in channel estimation by AI, model compression, real-time inference, or GPU optimization.
Exposure to CUDA, Triton, or real-time inference pipelines.
Contributions to research publications or open-source wireless/AI projects.
