JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing CI/CD Pipeline: Oversee the creation and management of the CI/CD pipeline for automated, secure, and scalable development processes.
Infrastructure & Security: Develop and implement secure infrastructure solutions using cloud services, containerization, and orchestration tools.
Code Security: Conduct regular code reviews and analyses to detect and address security vulnerabilities.
Monitoring and Incident Response: Establish continuous monitoring for detecting issues and threats, and respond promptly to incidents.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, such as GDPR, ISO, and PCI-DSS.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to promote an automated and security-focused mindset.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Rapid Prototyping: Utilize rapid prototyping methods to expedite product development for clients.
Trend Scouting: Stay informed about the latest technology and AI trends to integrate innovative solutions into processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles, focusing on infrastructure.
Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure Pipeline, Jenkins, Argocd, GitLab CI).
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm) and familiarity with GitOps concepts.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Trivy).
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS.
Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Understanding of AI and machine learning principles to enhance security measures and automate threat detection.
Proactive and solutions-oriented thinking.
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong decision-making abilities.
