JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and uphold frontend templates, boilerplates, and libraries to assist product teams in enhancing efficiency.
Play a role in enhancing the design system and component library.
Aid frontend teams in incorporating and leveraging guidelines, templates, and tools.
Ensure an efficient and scalable frontend development setup with contemporary toolchains.
Assess the compatibility of new frontend technologies with our existing landscape.
Assist in initiating new frontend projects with adherence to predefined standards, best practices, and toolchains.
Contribute to establishing and refining frontend standards and best practices within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and the surrounding ecosystem.
Previous experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs is a requirement.
Proficient in modern frontend tooling like Vite, turborepo, and pnpm.
Extensive testing experience using tools like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright is necessary.
Should be comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows such as pull requests and code reviews.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as the role involves driving standards and best practices across teams.
Demonstrated understanding of and interest in AI development, as platform features are designed AI-first.
Fluent in English with a recognized certificate proving spoken fluency, such as IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL iBT speaking 24+, or CEFR C1.
Experience in contributing to or utilizing a shared component library is a strong advantage.
Previous work on large-scale distributed frontends, whether in micro frontends or monorepo structures, is a significant plus.
A secondary area of expertise alongside strong frontend skills (T-shaped), such as UX design or API design, microservice architecture, or backend knowledge, is beneficial.
Experience in developing for other engineers, including platform or developer-productivity work, is highly valued.
