Senior Frontend Engineer (React - AI Customer Support)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build and maintain frontend applications using React
Develop reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures
Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive user experiences
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
Improve application performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
Contribute to engineering standards and best practices
Support continuous improvement of frontend development processes

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong commercial experience with React
Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component design
Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or React Query
Experience integrating REST APIs
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Experience with testing frameworks and frontend quality practices
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
A BIG PLUS
Experience with Next.js (or alternative experience working with integration of backend)
Experience with design systems or component libraries
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
Experience working with customer support, CRM, or operational platforms
Knowledge of accessibility standards and frontend performance optimization
