JOB DESCRIPTION

As we grow to achieve our mission, we are seeking Senior Frontend Engineers to join our Client’s team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with start-up-minded people, learning new technologies, and building amazing solutions to hard problems. 
Modern frontend technologies, such as React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks, and HOC to realize reactive and sustainable architectures.
NPM package development with Rollup and web components.
Blockchain technologies (EOSIO) using smart contracts (written in C/C++).
Industry-standard identity management, such as OpenID Connect, OAuth2. 
Responsibilities:
Ensure software development standards and practices are followed: high-coverage unit testing, solid Git flow, and agile/scrum development process.
Identify and address risks, resolve issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Develop software with elegant design patterns taking security into consideration.
Take ownership of integrating our Client’s systems with our partners. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience at least 5 years as a frontend engineer with demonstrated experience.
Deep understanding of React.js (React Hooks, HOC, etc.) and design patterns.
Strong understanding of secure systems and identity management.
Experience in the digital identity field (OpenID Connect, OAuth2) is a big plus.
Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise.
Problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
Excellent written and oral professional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. English ability is preferred.
Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
Ability to read official documents and specifications, not just Stackoverflow. 
Dynamic and motivated team player who is both efficient when working independently with minimal supervision or in a team.
A flexible, self-driven and a proactive individual able to understand the nature of the work and prioritize according to schedule and deadlines

Senior QA Manager

Oversee QA delivery and performance across 10+ product lines, including test automation and performance testing. Lead and develop five team leads through goal setting, regular one-on-ones, performance management, and hiring, including onboarding two new hires. Set and manage team-level targets against the organisation's QA scorecard, focusing on measurable quality outcomes rather than test case counts. Manage daily QA operations within the release train model, covering defect lifecycle, test execution, triage, estimation, reviews, and reporting, while proposing improvements to the model. Strengthen team leads' specification review and estimation capabilities, enabling them to handle area-level scoping independently without VP involvement. Increase test automation coverage and engineer productivity while accelerating testing cycles without compromising coverage or confidence.
