Senior Frontend Engineer (ReactJS, TypeScript)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As we grow to achieve our mission, we are seeking Senior Frontend Engineers to join our Client’s team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with start-up-minded people, learning new technologies, and building amazing solutions to hard problems. 
Modern frontend technologies, such as React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks, and HOC to realize reactive and sustainable architectures.
NPM package development with Rollup and web components.
Blockchain technologies (EOSIO) using smart contracts (written in C/C++).
Industry-standard identity management, such as OpenID Connect, OAuth2. 
Responsibilities:
Ensure software development standards and practices are followed: high-coverage unit testing, solid Git flow, and agile/scrum development process.
Identify and address risks, resolve issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Develop software with elegant design patterns taking security into consideration.
Take ownership of integrating our Client’s systems with our partners. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience at least 5 years as a frontend engineer with demonstrated experience.
Deep understanding of React.js (React Hooks, HOC, etc.) and design patterns.
Strong understanding of secure systems and identity management.
Experience in the digital identity field (OpenID Connect, OAuth2) is a big plus.
Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise.
Problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
Excellent written and oral professional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. English ability is preferred.
Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
Ability to read official documents and specifications, not just Stackoverflow. 
Dynamic and motivated team player who is both efficient when working independently with minimal supervision or in a team.
A flexible, self-driven and a proactive individual able to understand the nature of the work and prioritize according to schedule and deadlines

Head of Engineer - Home Ownership

Provide technical leadership for the Sub-Domain and are accountable for on-time delivery of Software Development Life Cycle Epics and Features. Lead, coach and mentor technology resources to uplift skills/knowledge to perform their role and to build a high-performing team. Drive technical delivery with a focus on improving speed, cost and quality of outcomes, ensuring the squads are aligned on objective and outcomes. Support and drive lean portfolio management across the Domain through linking business roadmaps with software delivery. Manage cross-functional, agile teams across business units to achieve performance targets. Accountable for removing Technical or delivery impediments that can't be resolved at squad level. Cost Management-Oversee financials to ensure achievement of plan and drive CI/CD.
