JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript developer with expertise in ReactJS. The main responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing user interface components using established ReactJS workflows. The ideal candidate will focus on creating robust and easily maintainable components and applications. Collaboration with team members across different infrastructure layers will be crucial. Key duties include creating new user-facing features, constructing reusable components and front-end libraries, translating designs into high-quality code, and optimizing components for optimal performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Primary Skills:
Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Understanding of ReactJS and its core principles
Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or Flux)
Experience with advanced CSS & CSS frameworks
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6+, E4X)
Experience with data structure libraries
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Websocket
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Experience with C# (.NET) for more than 3 years
Experience with benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Experience working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban
Understand and follow Azure/AWS DevOps: CI/CD
Good knowledge of container
Secondary Skills:
Basic understanding of Angular framework and its core principles
Ability to work with Angular for specific projects or tasks as needed
Nice to have:
Experience in Workflow Development
Understand and follow Clean Architecture
Basic cloud services usage (AWS, Google, Azure)
Basic understanding of SQL and noSQL
Soft skills:
Problem solver with great problem-solving skills
Proactive and effective self-learning skills and research
Effective verbal skills in video conference and face-to-face communication.

Responsible to gain competency in process template Gather and document business requirements from users.
