JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with various teams to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
Create, build, and manage web applications to improve customer experiences and streamline internal operations.
Use ReactJS for front-end development to produce intuitive and adaptable interfaces.
Develop server-side applications using Node.js for optimal performance, scalability, and safety.
Engage in the entire development process, from conception and design to testing, deployment, and upkeep.
Proactively seek clarity on requirements and seek to enhance existing solutions and workflows.
Take part in code reviews to pinpoint areas for improvement and maintain coding standards.
Keep abreast of industry developments and technologies to integrate industry best practices into software development.

JOB REQUIREMENT

6 years of experience in the position is required.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in front-end technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - is necessary.
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Reactjs and Nodejs (minimum 4 years).
Familiarity with React and its ecosystem (e.g., nextjs, redux, redux-toolkit, typescript) is essential.
Familiarity with Nodejs and its ecosystem (e.g., expressjs, nestjs, typescript) is essential.
Knowledge of application testing (unit testing, integration testing, e2e testing, BDD) is required.
Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle is necessary.
A continuous learning and growth mindset is essential.
Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions, is required.
Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude are necessary.
Strong English communication abilities are required.
The ability to work independently and make decisions when needed is necessary.
Knowledge in Golang for backend development (Chi, Echo).
Knowledge in Python for backend development (Flask, FastAPI).
Knowledge of Microservices architecture is a plus.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, K8s) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge in the AI domain is a plus (Generative AI, LLMs (Llama, Gemini, OpenAI), prompt engineering, Langchain, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, ...).

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
Medical benefits are extended to the employee and their family.
The work environment is fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural with opportunities for travel to 49 countries.
