Senior Frontend Developer (SFCC)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with other platform tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design
Document design decisions and ensure adherence to standards 
Enforce existing process guidelines 
Support QC during testing, and implementation into production 
Conduct design & code reviews 
Review system test scenarios & test cases 
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Must be able to work independently and produce elegant, easily maintainable code

JOB REQUIREMENT

Have 3-6+ years of experience with JavaScript
Minimum of 4 years of experience with SFCC front-end development 
Excellent English skills. Team communication will be done in English. 
Write clean and efficient code 
Some experience with PHP/Laravel is helpful but not required 
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 
Experience with automated testing and integration testing tools
Knowledge of latest emerging technologies, architectures, and trends 
Advanced software design skills, including object-oriented design 
A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals such as UML and SOLID principles 
Proficient at debugging and performance tuning
Great communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to quality

Leading end-to-end SAP O2C S4 HANA module implementations & Roll Out Projects. Responsible for gaining competency in process template gathering and documenting business requirements from users, analyzing business processes, and proposing improvements. Identifying gaps compared to the template by assessing the system and connecting with the Business Users. Conducting workshops and training sessions for Business-users on SAP O2C functionalities and integrating SAP O2C with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM to ensure data consistency and process efficiency. Supporting Business Users in executing test cases during test cycles like Integration testing & UAT, and creating/supporting in creating test defects and following until defect resolution, understanding the existing cutover list and task execution as per cutover schedule and providing inputs if any. Supporting during hyper care, training Key-users, setting up training data, preparing demo, and creating/publishing supporting documents for project reusable repository. Developing user manuals, training materials, and process documentation as per quality standards. Understanding business requests & supporting the PIA Lead to implement improvement activities and mentoring Junior & Senior Functional consultants to develop competency required for project deliverables. Responsible for the assigned Business Requirement (BR) in collaboration with stakeholders.
