Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Service Desk)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies
Build modern frontend applications and dashboard interfaces using React
Develop scalable integrations between operational systems, analytics services, and reporting layers
Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Improve application performance, maintainability, and scalability
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
Contribute to engineering standards and development best practices

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET ecosystem
Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
Experience building frontend applications with React
Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
Strong understanding of software architecture and modern application design
Experience working with REST APIs and service integrations
Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
Experience working with BI, analytics, or reporting platforms
Strong understanding of data-driven applications and analytics workflows
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into applications
Experience with service desk, CRM, or operational support platforms
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies
Experience with observability and monitoring tooling
Understanding of security and access control patterns in enterprise systems
