JOB DESCRIPTION

Create Project Dashboard service for the organization
Develop SSR using Node.js and Java
Implement CI/CD and Monitoring
Take part in code reviews and architectural design discussions

JOB REQUIREMENT

Over 5 years of experience as a Front-End engineer or Back-End engineer
Over 3 years of experience in front-end technologies, including ReactJS, NextJS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
Over 3 years of experience with back-end development using Node.js and Java
Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web services
Proficient in CI/CD, unit test framework
Skilled in Node.js/Java monitoring
Familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience or strong knowledge of one of the databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
It is advantageous if you also have:
Experience in Spring framework
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD
Experience with distributed systems (i.e. HBase, Vitess, etc.)
Familiarity with Github, Confluence, and Project Visualization Tool

Lead and develop five team leads through goal setting, regular one-on-ones, performance management, and hiring, including onboarding two new hires. Set and manage team-level targets against the organisation's QA scorecard, focusing on measurable quality outcomes rather than test case counts. Manage daily QA operations within the release train model, covering defect lifecycle, test execution, triage, estimation, reviews, and reporting, while proposing improvements to the model. Strengthen team leads' specification review and estimation capabilities, enabling them to handle area-level scoping independently without VP involvement.
