JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR QUEST
Game Product & Direction
Transform player needs, preferences, and market insights into clear gameplay and product direction.
Assist in defining the product vision, target audience, and key priorities for the game.
Assess the game from both player and business perspectives; research competitors and market trends to identify potential success factors or pitfalls.
Game Production & Project Management
Manage game development projects from ideation and pre-production through development, soft launch, and iteration.
Plan and oversee scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, budget, and quality; identify risks and obstacles early and drive them toward resolution.
Conduct daily production activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, while keeping the game design document and production documentation up to date.
Integrate AI effectively into your workflow for timeline planning, progress tracking, documentation, and quality assurance.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with design, art, engineering, QA, data, and external partners to align priorities and maintain momentum.
Communicate effectively, manage expectations, and assist stakeholders in decision-making and problem resolution.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Over 6 years of experience in game production, project management, or product ownership, ideally supervising game development from start to finish
Practical experience with games and in-depth knowledge of at least one specific title
Exposure to multiple genres rather than focusing on just one
Proficient in utilizing AI effectively for timeline planning, progress monitoring, documentation, and quality management
Passionate about gaming, with broad experience across genres and the ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of various games

Proven ability to use playtests, player feedback, or product data to influence meaningful product decisions
