Principal Hybrid QA/QC Engineer (Manual, Automation)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement a comprehensive QA strategy to prioritize automation testing and minimize defects, enhancing project efficiency.
Review and clarify product requirements to ensure thorough understanding.
Create detailed test cases aligned with requirements and testing techniques.
Conduct testing throughout project tasks and monitor issue resolution status.
Take on a hybrid QA role to develop automation test scripts for designated projects.
Establish E2E test automation procedures and oversee their implementation and operation.
Collaborate with Agile team to drive high-quality product development.
Improve visual and reporting aspects of QA processes and performance.
Foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
Generate innovative ideas and contribute to the improvement of the QA/QC community.
Provide support, review work, and offer necessary training to team members.

JOB REQUIREMENT

5+ years of experience in web testing
Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies
Proficiency in test automation using frameworks and programming languages (preferably Playwright)
Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman
Experience working in cross-functional and agile teams
Knowledge of issue and test management tools such as Jira or TestRail
Proficient in English communication and documentation
Passion for testing, with an open-minded and self-motivated approach
Additional experience in performance testing or security testing is advantageous
Holding an ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is beneficial
Leadership experience with a team of 5+ members is a plus
