JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to the ongoing performance optimization of the iOS SDK as part of a long-term project focused on improving reliability, functionality, and efficiency of geolocation services.
Assist in automating operational tasks such as releases and production support in order to enhance productivity and allocate resources for innovation.
Conduct research on new features, analyze requirements and competitors, estimate implementation, design software, conduct code reviews, and document solutions.
Work closely with the client-facing team to address issues for clients, ensuring a seamless experience for end users and developers.
Embrace industry best practices to innovate the iOS SDK for fast, reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Drive the development, scaling, and optimization of geolocation and anti-fraud products aligned with the organization's mission and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and business stakeholders, to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring intuitive, efficient, and valuable solutions.
Collaborate with a global team to develop industry-leading technologies for anti-fraud and compliance solutions.
Stay informed about emerging spoofing techniques and proactively adjust systems to maintain strong security.
Design and implement features that enable business users to define and execute real-time anti-fraud rules.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A background in Computer Science coupled with over 5 years of experience in programming languages, preferably with a focus on iOS development utilizing Objective-C and Swift.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product Managers, translating product requirements into technical specifications.
Experienced in the design and implementation of multi-threading architectures.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in using Xcode Instruments.
Knowledge and experience in device jailbreaking and related techniques.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
Familiarity with reverse-engineering techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a multi-region environment and adapting to a fast-paced work setting.
Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken technical English, capable of active participation in team discussions.
Experience in developing apps using cross-platform technologies such as Cordova, ReactNative, Unity, etc.
Knowledge of geolocation spoofing techniques and anti-fraud measures.
Proven track record in Mobile Security Testing.

Lead and develop five team leads through goal setting, regular one-on-ones, performance management, and hiring, including onboarding two new hires. Set and manage team-level targets against the organisation's QA scorecard, focusing on measurable quality outcomes rather than test case counts. Manage daily QA operations within the release train model, covering defect lifecycle, test execution, triage, estimation, reviews, and reporting, while proposing improvements to the model.
