Senior IT Business Analysis Specialist - Vymo

JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective: Collect & handle user requirements/needs; create & execute application test scripts, scenarios, and test plans; support users for applications; manage change requests
Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/document that can be used by SW Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on mobile applictions.
Working closely with IT development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements and apply Agile / Scrum
Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
Testing Delivery: review test case, make the SIT, support for UAT 
Support Delivery: Support: Deliver Level 2 support for systems/applications to users for new projects/ CR delivered till stabilization. Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests
Undertake other tasks assigned by Product Manager – FE Mobile App  

JOB REQUIREMENT

University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas.
Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBC/CBAP) would be advantage
4 years’ experience in banking/financial company (experience in banking/finance/related (origination /servicing/collections))products (origination /servicing/collections))
4 years of experiences in System Development and Business Analysis
Work in full SDLC for at least 3-4 projects/systems
BA overall skills (gather requirement, create technical documents)
Strong flowcharting techniques,  Agile / Scrum 
Exp. to build a new system from scratch would be advantage
Exp. to SOA principle system integrations,  Exposure to Web Services (SOAP/REST) would be advantage
Exp. to work with some popular databases (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) include querying data, writing functions/store procedures, etc.
Exp. to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage
Exp. to perform SIT/UAT to ensure the quality of the project/system
Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, negotiation skill
Strong communication skills for both Vietnamese and English languages
Strong documentation skills
Willing to learn new things and take the ownership of some specific domains

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our global Business Analysis unit with Business Analysts from various locations to serve clients in the Americas, and develop innovative products that have a significant impact on clients' business. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the tech team in Vietnam. You will be involved in different workstreams such as assessing business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define experiences, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering impactful experiences to end users. Undertake the role of the Product Owner, making prioritization decisions and managing backlog independently and proactively. Contribute to creating and managing the roadmap. Act as a liaison between stakeholders in the US and the tech team in Vietnam, ensuring alignment and addressing impediments. Draft detailed feature requirements and user stories and effectively communicate them to creative and technology teams.
