JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective: Take ownership for Business requirements to deliver end-to-end related to Digital technologies, includes: manage request, gathering requirement, consult business user for IT solution, create specification documents for IT internal team, follow up development stage, participate testing/deployment, support early production issue.
Direct implement or support BA/Sr. BA to do business requirements/change requests 
Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/document that can be used by SW Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications Finacle
Working closely with IT development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, and system/application design.
Create document proposal for complex requirements. Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests
Training/handover to IT Support team: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to design, plan and deliver user training to IT service desk/ IT Application Support teams (as the case may be).
Report working result to line managers
Coaching and training newcomers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas.
Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBC/CBAP) would be advantage
Having any Product Owner certificate (PSPO I / PSPO II /CSPO) would be advantage
3 years’ experience in banking/financial company (experience in banking/finance/related products (origination /servicing/collections))
5 years of experiences in System Development and Business Analysis
Work in full SDLC for at least 3-4 projects/systems
BA overall skills (gather requirement, create technical documents)
Strong flowcharting techniques, BPMN
Exp. In Core Banking/Lending Platform (Finacle/FinnOne/others, etc) covering the modules like (Loan Origination/Loan Management, General Ledger, etc.)
Exp. to build a new system from scratch would be advantage
Exp. to SOA principle system integrations,  Exposure to Web Services (SOAP/REST) would be advantage
Exp. to work with some popular databases (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) include querying data, writing functions/store procedures, etc.
Exp. to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage
Exp. to perform SIT/UAT to ensure the quality of the project/system
Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, negotiation skill
Strong communication skills for both Vietnamese and English languages
Strong documentation skills
Willing to learn new things and take the ownership of some specific domains
