Take charge of the technical direction for the Digital Sub-Domain, ensuring timely delivery of Sprint/SDLC epics and features. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to technology team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a high-performance team. Drive technical progress by focusing on enhancing speed, reducing costs, and improving quality, ensuring alignment within the squads on objectives and outcomes. Promote lean portfolio management across the Digital domains by connecting business roadmaps with software/platform delivery, overseeing agile, cross-functional teams to meet set targets, and addressing technical or delivery blockers that cannot be resolved at the squad level. Manage financials to ensure plan achievement and facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Develop a leading-edge capability by strategically deploying departmental resources to optimize resource allocation and drive successful Digital product development. Serve as an NICV expert and collaborate with NAB corporate IT leadership to drive innovation initiatives in AI, Cloud, and other relevant areas. Advise stakeholders on digital development, testing, deployment, and operation of Digital NAD services from the Vietnam Innovation Center. Fulfill any additional responsibilities delegated by your People Leader or an authorized representative of NAB Vietnam as needed.

Lead the end-to-end UX process, from initial user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. Facilitate UX workshops with users and stakeholders, conduct usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and coordinate design activities with UX designers across different teams. Create high-quality user interfaces in Figma and communicate user flows effectively through interactive, clickable prototypes. Mentor and guide UX designers, product owners, and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Build and maintain the Figma design system to ensure design consistency across all product developments. Develop cutting-edge, responsive websites utilizing the latest frontend technologies and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) as well as Cloud platforms and API integrations. Offer technical insight to various teams, such as assessing the viability of a new feature for the user experience team. Collaborate with Senior Engineers to create sophisticated dynamic web applications using digital stacks. Work closely with internal teams to produce, assess, test, and troubleshoot intricate, accessible, and W3C-compliant data-oriented web applications that integrate with client systems, web services, and third-party APIs. Implement programming best practices and standard methodologies including design review documentation, object-oriented development, and in-line comments for maintainable and scalable code. Operate in an agile development environment focusing on speed and prototyping. Engage in discussions with design and other departments to understand requirements, propose implementation strategies, and offer feedback. Assist the QA team in developing and executing test plans to ensure software quality and resolve any issues. Provide ongoing application support including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Mentor junior team members by offering coaching and guidance. Collaborate with clients on enhancements and improvements post-launch. Coordinate with teams across different locations, including nearshore and offshore teams.
