JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for creating and maintaining Web apps using Java Spring Boot.
Collaborate with a remote team to understand and clarify tasks and requirements.
Develop new features based on user needs, while also analyzing requirements and system design.
Address reported problems and bugs during integration, user acceptance, and maintenance tests.
Effectively manage time and resources based on the WBS.
Write clean, high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
Keep technical documents updated and accurate.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct technical training as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 7 years of Java development experience.
Proficiency in relational DBMS and SQL.
Familiarity with Spring and related projects.
Knowledge of dependency management frameworks such as Maven and Gradle.
Understanding of markup language, including HTML and CSS.
Experience with frontend JavaScript.
Understanding of API design and implementation.
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Experience with Serverless application and container technology such as Docker.
Strong ability to write clean, understandable code.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Experience with issue tracking tools such as Redmine.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; international experience preferred.
Experience working in an Agile environment with a deep understanding of agile development principles.
Minimum 1 year of experience in developing Securities domain.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leader role.
Experience working with an overseas team.
