JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software through various tasks such as design, coding, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
Create technical and detailed designs for assigned tasks.
Conduct code reviews and provide assistance to team members in technical design aspects.
Implement and recommend best practices and coding standards.
Assess and guide team members in their technical skills, providing coaching and supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in JAVA software development
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent
Proficiency in reading and writing technical documents in English, while oral communication skills in English are advantageous
Proficiency in JAVA technology and ecosystem
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
Familiarity with Javascript, HTML, XML, and CSS
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Extensive knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design pattern
 
Desired Skills
Familiarity with the Agile methodology (Scrum)
Understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker) and clean-code tools like Sonar
Experience and/or certifications in Amazon, Azure, and Oracle clouds
Experience in Web development (Angular, ReactJS) or Windows App development
Experience in leading a project or a team
