JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with the team to deliver top-notch software, encompassing design, coding, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
Create technical and detailed designs for tasks.
Conduct code reviews and provide assistance in technical designs to teammates.
Implement and recommend best practices and coding standards.
Assess the technical abilities of team members, offering guidance and oversight.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA software development.
Proficiency in reading and writing technical documents in English.
Familiarity with JAVA technology and ecosystem.
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
Knowledge of Javascript, HTML, XML, and CSS.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Extensive understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design pattern
Desired Skills
Familiarity with the Agile methodology (Scrum).
Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker) and clean-code tools such as Sonar
Experience and/or certifications on various cloud platforms.
Experience in Web development (Angular, ReactJS) or Windows App development
Experience in leading a project or team.
Oral communication skills in English are not mandatory but are advantageous.
