Senior Linux Engineer/ Linux Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Large-scale administration of Desktop Linux based on Ubuntu LTSR versions
Interoperability of Linux clients with Microsoft-based Authentication and Application environment
Building and Running up-to-date internal Ubuntu repository, including security patching
Level 3 support for in-depth troubleshooting
Collaborate and co-development with other department through open-source platform
Automation of testing, building and release process via scripts and automation tools.
Ensure bugfixes, feature releases are completed on time and with good quality

JOB REQUIREMENT

Linux Systems administration for Ubuntu and RHEL, in-depth knowledge in the area of
Authentication and Authorization via Microsoft Active Directory
Encryption technologies (Hard Disk, certificates and PKI based)
Large-scale system management (e.g Satellite, RHEL or landscape), Ansible configuration management will be highly advantageous
Shell scripting and Debian package building/maintenance
Familiar in working or leading development using modern software development framework
Git repository
Python and/or Shell scripting
Jenkins continuous integration
Agile development via scrums and sprints
Communication and Collaboration
Strong English language in both written and speaking
Personal effectiveness in on-time delivery 
Active communicator
