Senior Manager, Data Analytics (BI, DE, DA)

Lead and set the strategic direction and roadmap for the team.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions to support organizational objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and availability.

Develop and maintain the collection, processing, and analysis of data from various sources to generate reliable and accurate insights for businesses and customers.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support their initiatives.

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of data engineers and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement, balancing individual growth with delivering impactful results.

Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies in Business Intelligence, recommending and implementing innovations to enhance analytical capabilities.

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields with a proven track record of building and delivering customer-centric data solutions that drive business growth, and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database design

Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic business decisions.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to align team initiatives with organizational goals.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the gaming, anti-fraud, or regulatory compliance industries.

Advanced Degrees/Certifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Certifications in relevant BI tools or methodologies.

Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated history of implementing innovative BI solutions that positively impacted business outcomes.

Global Perspective: Experience working in a multinational or global organization, navigating diverse markets and regulatory environments.
