JOB DESCRIPTION

Leadership and Strategic Direction:
Develop and communicate the strategic vision for the team.
Drive the development, deployment, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions aligning with organizational goals.
Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and transform them into scalable BI solutions.
Data Engineering and Management:
Supervise the development and optimization of data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability.
Build and maintain data collection, processing, and analysis from diverse sources to produce reliable insights for businesses and customers.
Collaboration Across Functions:
Work with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights for their initiatives.
Team Management:
Motivate, develop, and lead a team of data engineers and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement, balancing personal growth with delivering results.
Technology Adoption:
Keep up with industry trends, tools, and technologies in Business Intelligence, and propose and implement innovations to improve analytical capabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Must have expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database design.
Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is necessary.
Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Deep understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to align team initiatives with organizational goals.
Bonus points for:
Experience in the gaming, anti-fraud, or regulatory compliance industries.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field and certifications in relevant BI tools or methodologies.
History of implementing innovative BI solutions that positively impacted business outcomes.
Experience working in a multinational or global organization, navigating diverse markets and regulatory environments.
