Senior Manual Tester (French)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in defining test beds and test procedures
Perform all levels of testing as applicable to the project
Review the testability of the test basis (specifications, requirements, etc.)
Analyze test requirements
Create test scenarios, test cases and test scripts (in some scenarios)
Execute test cases
Check and assess test results
Submit and follow-up test defects, participate in daily stand-up meetings, defect triage calls
Responsible for planning, keeping control of testing activities and meet product goals, manage team member's tasks and time
Create test report

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related degree
Good communication in French is a must (at least B1 level)
Solid knowledge of testing life cycle, testing terminologies and testing processes
Skills in test plan, testability review and test design techniques
Skills in interpreting the test basis (requirements, functional and technical design)
Familiar with test tracking tools: HP Quality Center, Jira, Confluence, TFS, etc…
Team-player with experience working with international and multi-functional teams
Demonstrable experience in working with Agile/Scrum setup
Knowledge of the business domains: Insurance (life/non-life) is a plus
Good communication in English is a plus
Knowledge and experience in Automation/Performance testing is a plus
Ability to work under high pressure and tight schedule
Creativity and accuracy
