Senior Merchant Onboarding, Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages and/or supports a portfolio of Company's merchant onboarding projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management and deliverables.
Coordinate third parties/vendors with internal teams to develop individual project business cases, project plan and facilitate the flawless execution of projects from project initiation to Go-to-Market launching.
Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the projects and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.
Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business management/ information technology.
At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end project execution as Project Manager role from project initiation to project closing, preferably in projects related to Loyalty Program, CRM, Ecommerce, POS system integration or any in the field of consumer mobile app, Saas product.
Strong business mindset, used to work directly or support teams with customers/vendors/partners to develop business cases, selling or presales experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum are preferred.
Proficiency in using project management tools: such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
You are an accountability, detail-oriented and goal-driven person.

#Main responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP O2C S4 HANA module implementations & Roll Out Projects. Responsible to gain competency in process template Gather and document business requirements from users. Analyse business processes and propose improvements. #Rollouts: Identify the gaps compared to the template by assessing the system & connecting with the Business Users. Conduct workshops and training sessions for Business-users on SAP O2C functionalities and Bosch practices Integrate SAP O2C with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM to ensure data consistency and process efficiency. Coordinate with Design and build and BD teams to implement the requirement. Identify the scope for the rollout for the respective plant . Responsible to explain the plant how to adopt the template process and deploy the custom requirements. Collaborate with plant and design build team to finalize the migration requirement ( Define field mapping and transformation rule etc ) for each plant . Verify sample & mass upload of migrated data such as Sales Order, Pricing Condition, Invoices along with the Master Data like Business partner & Material Master Understand template test cases and localize where necessary for each plant . Support Business Users in executing test cases during test cycles like Integration testing & UAT Create/Support in creating test defects and follow until defect resolution Understand the existing cutover list and task execute as per cutover schedule and provide inputs if any. Support during hyper care Train Key-users, setup training data, prepare demo and create/publish supporting documents for project reusable repository. Develop user manuals, training materials, and process documentation as per Bosch quality standards.#Process improvement activities (PIA): Understand business request & Support the PIA Lead to implement improvement activities ( Validate/finalize the scope /coordinate with technical team to complete unit testing and implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into functional specifications in support with Lead Consultant.
