Senior Merchant Onboarding, Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages and/or supports a portfolio of Company's merchant onboarding projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management and deliverables.
Coordinate third parties/vendors with internal teams to develop individual project business cases, project plan and facilitate the flawless execution of projects from project initiation to Go-to-Market launching.
Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the projects and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.
Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business management/ information technology.
At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end project execution as Project Manager role from project initiation to project closing, preferably in projects related to Loyalty Program, CRM, Ecommerce, POS system integration or any in the field of consumer mobile app, Saas product.
Strong business mindset, used to work directly or support teams with customers/vendors/partners to develop business cases, selling or presales experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum are preferred.
Proficiency in using project management tools: such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
You are an accountability, detail-oriented and goal-driven person.
