JOB DESCRIPTION

Take charge of complex workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and integrate end-to-end processes, from claim intake to booking, stay, and payment platform.
Develop scalable, distributed systems: Build resilient backend services using .NET, with a focus on microservices and ensuring high system reliability.
Work on integration-heavy systems: Connect with external insurance and accommodation providers as well as internal systems using APIs and messaging patterns.
Ensure system quality and reliability: Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain high standards for performance and stability.
Contribute to ongoing improvement: Refine and optimize existing systems, enhance architecture, and embrace best practices in software design.
Collaborate in a cross-functional environment: Partner with Dev, PM, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive technical documentation: Maintain clear and structured documentation to support system evolution and onboarding.

JOB REQUIREMENT

5+ years of experience in .NET development, including exposure to modern .NET frameworks and backend architectures such as Clean Architecture and NLayer.
Hands-on experience building microservices or event-driven systems in production environments.
Strong foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns, capable of applying these to build scalable and maintainable systems.
Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and experience modeling complex business domains, preferably in InsurTech or TravelTech.
Familiarity with REST APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ), and external system integrations for integration-heavy systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including CI/CD and operating scalable services.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate effectively across teams.
Nice to have: Experience with Saga / Outbox patterns, workflow orchestration, or handling long-running business processes.
Nice to have: Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively across the stack.
Educational background: A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Harden network security across private load balancers, firewalls, and VPC segmentation; design and maintain hub-and-spoke / multi-AZ topologies. Support training infrastructure: self-service VM provisioning, RunPod burst capacity, Weights and Biases integration. Drive infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity planning as the platform scales.

Build and maintain high-fidelity digital twin environments for Asimov across MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, and Unreal Engine, calibrated to real hardware behavior. Design and own the systems -- not just the environments -- that let locomotion, autonomy, and perception teams generate, validate, and iterate on simulation scenarios at scale. Build pipelines for asset import, USD and MJCF workflows, sensor modeling, and real-to-sim calibration to keep digital twins synchronized with evolving hardware.
