JOB DESCRIPTION

Take charge of complex workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and integrate end-to-end processes, from claim intake to booking, stay, and payment platform.
Develop scalable, distributed systems: Build resilient backend services using .NET, with a focus on microservices and ensuring high system reliability.
Work on integration-heavy systems: Connect with external insurance and accommodation providers as well as internal systems using APIs and messaging patterns.
Ensure system quality and reliability: Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain high standards for performance and stability.
Contribute to ongoing improvement: Refine and optimize existing systems, enhance architecture, and embrace best practices in software design.
Collaborate in a cross-functional environment: Partner with Dev, PM, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive technical documentation: Maintain clear and structured documentation to support system evolution and onboarding.

JOB REQUIREMENT

5+ years of experience in .NET development, including exposure to modern .NET frameworks and backend architectures such as Clean Architecture and NLayer.
Hands-on experience building microservices or event-driven systems in production environments.
Strong foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns, capable of applying these to build scalable and maintainable systems.
Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and experience modeling complex business domains, preferably in InsurTech or TravelTech.
Familiarity with REST APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ), and external system integrations for integration-heavy systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including CI/CD and operating scalable services.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate effectively across teams.
Nice to have: Experience with Saga / Outbox patterns, workflow orchestration, or handling long-running business processes.
Nice to have: Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively across the stack.
Educational background: A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

#Main responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP O2C S4 HANA module implementations & Roll Out Projects. Responsible to gain competency in process template Gather and document business requirements from users. Analyse business processes and propose improvements. #Rollouts: Identify the gaps compared to the template by assessing the system & connecting with the Business Users. Conduct workshops and training sessions for Business-users on SAP O2C functionalities and Bosch practices Integrate SAP O2C with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM to ensure data consistency and process efficiency. Support Business Users in executing test cases during test cycles like Integration testing & UAT Create/Support in creating test defects and follow until defect resolution Understand the existing cutover list and task execute as per cutover schedule and provide inputs if any. Support during hyper care Train Key-users, setup training data, prepare demo and create/publish supporting documents for project reusable repository.
