JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the Role
As the first member of Pegasi's Non-IT Recruitment team, you will play a key role in expanding Pegasi's recruitment offering beyond IT positions by providing Non-IT recruitment solutions to companies within the IT and technology ecosystem.
This role is designed to complement Pegasi's core IT Recruitment business and create additional value for our existing and prospective clients by supporting their broader hiring needs.
You will focus on recruiting non-IT professionals across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Operations, Customer Success, Administration, and other corporate functions, primarily for IT companies, technology companies, software companies, hardware companies, startups, digital businesses, fintech, e-commerce, and other technology-driven organizations.
The role is a 180° recruitment or 360° recruitment, business development, client management, and market development. You will be responsible for identifying Non-IT hiring opportunities, particularly within Pegasi's existing IT client network, developing new business opportunities, delivering high-quality recruitment services, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
As the first member of this function, you will also contribute to establishing processes, developing market strategies, and building the foundation for Pegasi's future Non-IT Recruitment team.
High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to progress into a Non-IT Recruitment Team Leader role as the business and team grow.
 
Responsibility
Promoting & building awareness of Pegasi's capabilities to clients and candidates.
Excellent Service level to clients and candidates.
Identifying client requirements with the Client Partnerships & Recruitment Solutions Department.
Searching and building up candidate database.
Calling, meeting, and following up with candidates to utilize their skills and build a long-term relationship.
Consulting and introducing suitable opportunities offered by the clients to candidates.
Managing the process through getting vacancies, interviewing to the offer stage, and beyond.
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
Mentoring the juniors and newcomers when needed.
Participating in side projects/tasks to improve the organization continuously.
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager and Company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from University
At least 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment, executive search, staffing, B2B sales, or business development.
Experience in a recruitment agency, executive search, or B2B business development is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of non-tech functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Operations.
Proven ability to generate business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Ability to quickly understand different job functions, industries, and talent markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Good communication in English.
Willingness to work on other duties as assigned.
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
