Senior Pega Business Architect Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective: Responsible for collecting of user requirements/needs; designing the business process, functional specifications; to manage testing; system documentation; manage change requests.
Reviewing, analyzing, evaluating ideas, projects and opportunities to develop new Pega products, and business models for the business segments. 
Conduct analysis to determine best solution for solving business problems/opportunities using Pega platform
Conducts reviews and analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of business architecture applications. 
Partners with Technical and Integration architecture team in developing an IT framework that aligns with the business plan. 
In conjunction with business partners, initiate IT project requests, perform/lead initial analysis of the request and provide initial assessment and estimation of the effort.
Leads the effort to translate business strategies and objectives into capabilities.
Leads testing efforts. 
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. 
Works with client personnel to identify required changes. 
Communicates needed changes to development team. 
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. 
A take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. 
Communicates and applies project standards. 
Manages resources in accordance with project schedule. 
Consistently delivers high-quality services
Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Industry or functional domain expertise
BPM experience
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated polished and professional demeanor
Experience in finance industry
System documentation and user manuals
Test cases development, automation, exec.
Experience of implementation of CRM, Campaign management system, Collection, Loan origination process, other systems that are common for Financial institutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of an applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principlesExperience in Agile and Scrum methodologie
Fluence english
SOA principles.
SQL, XML, HTML (basic)

You take ownership of the reliable operation of our machines and - increasingly - containers, so that customers can keep working. You build the tools and processes that keep operations running smoothly and prevent incidents before they happen. You make sure that deployments and the cloud wizard (React) keep functioning correctly in production. You share responsibility for operational availability in a rotation with the team - the goal is to respond within a defined reaction time when incidents arise, not to staff fixed shifts. You help build the alerting, telemetry, and on-call processes that make fast and reliable incident response possible.
