Senior Planning Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop short-term, midterm, and long-term business plans aligned with organizational strategy
Analyze financial data, revenue, cost structures, and operational KPIs to propose optimization solutions
Monitor plan execution and prepare regular performance reports for management
Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses
Collaborate with other departments to gather information and align plans
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
Suggest improvements in planning and reporting processes
Identify and report risks or issues that may affect planning

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is required
Proficiency in planning, reporting, analysis, and MS Office
Preferably 2-3 years of experience in planning, finance, or data analysis
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to collaborate effectively
Able to thrive in high-pressure environments, requiring focus and adaptability
Experience working in a Korean company is an advantage
Understanding of the healthcare industry is beneficial
